In certain disadvantaged sectors in the community, young women and children feel discouraged and lost. Whatever the cause may be, we uplift them by introducing them to a pool of resources that are aimed to ground and prepare them for a better life ahead.

We specialize in the following programs:

Behavioral Health

Mental health issues don’t exempt everyone, and this is why we offer young women high-standard therapeutic and rehabilitative care that’s centered on their mental health. Also, we offer educational tools to help women determine their access to mental healthcare and what they can do to spread awareness in other uninformed communities where they live, work, study, or even go to church.

Our behavioral healthcare programs treat a variety of issues including:

  • Anger control and management
  • Academic stress
  • Anxiety
  • Bipolar disorders
  • Depression
  • Developmental disabilities disorder
  • Eating disorders
  • Family dysfunction
  • Gender and identity crisis
  • Marital problems
  • Psychosis
  • Substance abuse and addiction
  • Work stress
  • And more

Independent Living Skills Training

Living independently may not be as easy for those young women and children who have suffered immensely due to poverty, abuse, and trauma. Their access to holistic education and training may be limited. This is where we come in.

We offer independent living skills training to expand the horizon of these individuals, moving them towards better careers, academic attainments, and interpersonal and intrapersonal successes. These skills include:

  • Personal care and hygiene
  • Home management
  • Safety and response to emergency
  • Crisis management
  • Stress management
  • Vocational skills
  • And more

Out of Foster Care Support

The foster care system may be an effective housing option for most children, but once they are out of it, they may find they still aren’t prepared for adulthood. Our out-of-foster care support aims to bring young women and children as they achieve self-sufficiency and a smooth transition to adult life.
